We tried this tonight and we loved it. My daughter says a co-worker from jordan has potatoes in his shawarma. I'd be interested in trying other forms even though we loved it with pita pocket!

Do you put the chicken on the top rack or the bottom rack when baking it? (Does it need to be covered with foil while baking?)
