Love those videos of homemade chute blockers. They are a simple but very effective add-on for most fabricated side discharge decks. In my opinion, a must for anyone that cuts grass.

I always just make a metal bracket and bolt it right to the rubber flap close to the deck so you dont even have to take the flap or metal off works great

@@JohnnyMow man, you got my wheels turning. I'm thinking I may do your flap idea with it hooked up to one of those vehicle push on/push off parking brake pedals from the junkyard for my walk behind. May have to fabricate a bracket, but it shouldn't be too bad. Thanks again for the video.

All I had to do was spend $ 50 for a chute blocker for my Bobcat! By the time you go to Lowe's and a friend your cost and time is more than $17..just saying!
