Thanks for sharing this recipe, I really don’t like using canned soups due to the insane amount of sodium in therm which my kidneys can’t handle. Have you tried making it with oat milk or other plant based milk substitute?’ I’m curious how it would turn out using oat milk. 🌻

I haven't but I've had another reader comment that they used unsweetened almond milk with success, so I'd guess oat milk would too. I like to use canned coconut milk in soups instead of cream, which I think could be a good option too! Would love to hear if you give it a try!
