Made condensed milk using *low-fat milk* today and it came out very good RECIPE FOR LOW-FAT MILK: (adjust to needs) - use 400ml milk (makes about 150ml condensed milk) - 1 cup sugar Then place on stove on high, takes about 30 minutes (depends on the amount of milk) Wait till it puffs and rises 3 times and keep stirring during these times then after turn heat to medium Remove when thick after the 3 ‘puffs’ (can check using a spatula swipe on pan) Cool down till good consistency for you :)) That’s it !!

Don't use low fat milk. Use full fat milk. Low fat milk is basically water with a little milk added.

Honestly I made it and it turned grey but I’m letting it cool down and I give results tomorrow Edit:it didn’t work mine was watery I let cool down for 24 hours still nothing in the fridge still nothing
