Oh my GOODNESS!!! I just made the cream of chicken soup mix and it is excellent. We live in South America where we can’t buy canned soup or some of the ingredients. We returned from the US this week and brought dried bouillon and poultry seasoning. It was worth carrying them from Oregon to Ecuador. Thank you very much, Lori. 5+-stars!

Hi Lori. I just made a triple batch of the "cream of something" mix. It's cooling down a little bit now and once cooled, I'm going to put some turkey slices from the turkey I roasted into pint canning jars and pour some of the prepared cream of something soup over the turkey. Thank you so much for the super easy and tasty Cream of Something. it's easy, fast, and delicious.

How are you processing that? Usual pressure times? I haven't run into anyone doing this. I have broth and mirepoix canned to make soups and gravy when needed. I also have carrots, mushrooms and celery dehydrated for future use. Mushrooms aren't normally part of a mirepoix, but they are fantastic.
