Miss Lori... once again you have come up with such a marvelous idea for a program. You always take such good care of all of us in your community. Thank you for being the way you are. You are such a natural teacher.

This is something you can let the kids get in on! My 8 year old grandson (now 9) loved putting together a big batch of Mrs. Lori's taco seasoning. He knows his way around Mimi's kitchen and he's a good helper...been at my side on a stool helping since he was three. He loves showing off his "secret recipe" when the taco meat is cooking! 😅 Maybe Mrs. Lori will forgive him! 😉

Yes Mam, homemade seasonings are the best with choice/freshness and BIGTIME MONEY SAVINGS. Happy Valentines Ladies, my grandson wrote me a card in school today :) "To Gramma, The best thing about my day is that I get to come home to the best hot food in the world and your always there when I get home. Love you to the moon and back Love Elijah (signed) Elijah"----I say It doesn't get better than that!

I agree so wonderful. I had a grandson like that, but his mom won't let me see him. He loves me, grannie, too much. He was 5 last I saw him. He is starting to rebel, at age 14. I hope to still be alive and see him again. 🥰

When my brother was starting dialysis he could not have any salt, and trying to find italian sausage that was salt free was impossible. SO I made him some using a recipe like this, it was wonderful!

I have saved all my spaghetti jars, jelly jars, spaghetti sauce jars, even pickle jars. Any that are glass. Then I take all the covers out in the yard and spray paint all the covers black to go with the black in my kitchen. Then I put a label on the front. All for free and kind of match because the covers are the same color. Try it! You will love them! Happy Valentine's Day everyone!

Hi again- Ms. Lori as I was watching this video I see that we have a problem in common- getting the darn lids open on anything! My hands aren’t what they used to be and I was constantly looking for my hubby to open lids for me. I found on Amazon a wonderful kitchen tool. Cost 7.00 I think. It’s called: “Otstar jar, can, bottle opener and it’s for all sizes of cans & jars. It’s sure ‘handy’ 😉 and has given me the use of my little old lady hands back! 😊 Great video as usual! God Bless you and your whole family. Thank you!

Thank you dearest Miss Lori. You and Mr. Brown are truly a bright lights in this world. Thank you for all you do. I found you in 2020 when I gave up the regular cable/tv habit...I'll never go back now. Anyway just so you know Penzeys spice company is one that I had to give up a few years ago. I would urge anyone who is looking at them do a little research on them before doing so...not for safety reasons by any means but they may not be the best minded company out there. Again thank you so very much!

Hi Ms. Lori- I hope you see this…it hasn’t to do with this video’s content but I will be watching this one as I do all your videos. I wanted to thank you again for your old fashioned caramel apple cake! I’ve made it twice now. My family can’t get enough of it so THANK YOU so much. I made it on Monday again for my son’s 42nd birthday (where does the time go?) anyway…as you say: “it was Larapin!” 😊

That IS one really DELICIOUS CAKE! I make it for special occasions (any time of year, but so good in the Fall!) I also take it often when I'm fixing dinner for bereaved families. Always a hit!
@TheKatherine19588 ай бұрын
It is a “fall” cake for sure but honestly I’d make it all year as long as I could get good apples. I used Honey Crisp this time, don’t remember which I used last time. It’s just a super delicious cake…the batter is so dense, almost like cookie dough. (IMO)
