Nice, but that would take a while on my few acres. I have one I tow with my mower or ATV, but I need to re-weld some of the plugs on the axle, so that's how I ended up seeing your video

How come you used two tubes instead of one for the long handle? It looks nice, but does it improve function you think?

Good question mate😃. If i had one tube in the Center i would need to use to feet (one on each side) to push it down evenly. The two tubes allows me to Center my foot and push it evenly. And leaves room for my knee. 👍🏻😃

Nice work mate. I'm going to make one. I have noticed you didn't go right down to the plate. Just wondering could you weld a spacer underneath that hit the ground. Or you reckon it doesn't need it? Thanks Jim. 👍

Gday James😃 yes I actually did toy with cutting them down and welding them in a bit shorter. But i decided to keep it simple. I have seen. One made with a catcher that also doubled as a stop as you said. There’s Always room for improvements 😃

Corect, you would need sum room for the core. You're right, in that case a stop would be better as it would leave Rome for the core to eject. Not sure if it's necessary. although I don't see it being an issue. 😃 no, I don't mind at all😃

Why not make a barrel type item that can be rolled with the spikes. Or just a large, round metal cage that can be collapsed. It can have weights added on it. We just roll it like little kids or pull it behind a mower.
