Doritos have a light corn taste because the tortilla chips are made with corn so that taste would be missing with phyllo

It’s basically a very thin and slightly cooked layer of dough, usually it’s purchased from the grocery stores but I’m not sure if every country has it. You can make them though, I’m sure there are recipes online
