I had just found this video it just popped into my feed. I will be giving this a try soon. I have another one but it doesn’t have as many ingredients as this. So I’m going to compare them both. I will keep one of them. Will give you update later in the wk. I just love trying different spices. Thank you kindly.

Thank you thank you for showing the ingredients for Greek seasoning in your description box. I love all kinds of food, and I believe Greek or Mediterranean food is exceptional. I know the seasonings and spices used are a key element to any cuisine. The sauces and quality of the ingredients are key in all cooking modalities. Can't wait to make this blend!

My advice as a Mediterranean chef is that we don't use so many spices together at one time and also for each different meat we use a different spice mix. Some ingredients like onion and parsley can be used chopped and fresh on top. We must leave some room for the taste of meat. Ideally excellent meat needs ONLY salt.

"I would never enjoy meat that is only salted" I say as someone who enjoys raw (not just rare) steak. Lol

I have heard that before. I know a Chief and once in a while he switches up. But the real preference is the Kosher Salt mix with white pepper.
