Vermont US Loving your channel, having to make many basic foods from scratch because I can’t have salt/sodium anymore and now having to triple my protein intake! You’re a life savor! Oven should be able to simulate sun light. I'm a Tamil guy who moved to Australia. Australian winter won't have much sun light either. So I use oven light here for fermentation and low heat to simulate sun light.
