homemade jalapeno poppers (step by step)

Jalapeno poppers are probably the least healthy thing a person can eat…which is why they’re also the tastiest thing a person can eat. They take some time to make, but you can make a big batch and freeze most of them for later. I actually think they fry up better after they’ve been frozen first.

I recommend starting with shallow-frying if you haven't already. Stuff like tonkatsu, chicken-fried steak, and tofu (patted dry!) are good gateways.
