Craig I've started making these almost twice a month following your exact recipe. They are fantastic.

This for sure is THE BEST jalapeño popper recipe I’ve ever tried. I’ve been using Craig’s video recipe for years now and it’s a staple that never fails. The double breading is the secret key. Thank you for making the video

Great. Here in Tejas we say jalapaino. That is the pronunciation. No matter how you pronounce it the things are good no matter cheese stuffed, bacon wrapped, batter fried, breaded and oven cooked or shrimp stuffed. It is on my menu for tomorrow night right here in West Texas. Thanks for the video. Love 'em.

My wife does some that are not breaded halves and fills them with cream cheese, ground sausage, mozzarella, and parmesan. OMG they are awesome. Thanks for sharing Craig, I am going to have the wifey make these. Looks very good.

Thank you for this! I’ve been looking for a recipe I liked and felt I could manage. This is it! God Bless You! 5 hours later.... this was a hit. My family loved them. I used red jalapeños and added a large shrimp. Thanks for this video. This was also the very first time I breaded something. Your video was so helpful. 🙏🏼🙌🏼😁

Just tried your recipe (with a few tweaks), and my poppers turned out great! First time, and they were just marvelous! Thank you Craig for your video!! I originally scrolled through your video without sound, and skipped the part about adding paprika and onion powder. I also cooked them for about 10 minutes (give or take) in an air fryer at 400 degrees (highest temp mine goes to). Initially I cooked them for about 3 minutes and noticed them drying out, so I shook and sprayed them with some oil (olive). I kept going in to check on them every few minutes until the cream cheese began to pop out of them. Gave them 2 more minutes and viola! Thank you so much! Next time I'll try adding some salt and paprika, as the "seasoned" bread crumbs I used didn't give much salt to them.

We have so many jalepenos from the garden, so I think I'm going to make these tomorrow. They look delicious. Thank you for posting.

Very similar to how I've made them in the past, - they were awesome - except I didn't do the double breadcrumb coating. I haven't made them in about 3 years, and now I really want to make them again. I've since bought an air fryer, and may give using that a try.

I don't know why but every time I make these, literally over seven times they never turned out spicy until I left some of the seeds and the core in my mix of cheeses. That is my secret and it is phenomenal
@davidruiz5383 Жыл бұрын
great idea, I was trying to make them spicy until I did what you did. thanks

that’s not a secret that IS what makes them spicy. if you take out the seeds and stem then you’re just left with basically a bell pepper.

I made the cheese and jalapeno bites couple weeks ago in air fryer, I'm all about health, and saving electricity ,were amazing but now, watching this I'd love to try it BuT had my fourth stroke just before Xmas(4 in 4 yrs) now I can't use my left hand or arm so wondering if I could do this with one hand, so,I'm not sure, Look amazing and I'd love to do these so last ones were chopped up jalapenos and cheese just same cheeses as here,rolled into balls and dipped in same way with ingredients, so they were large balls, and so delicious 😊❤️

I used this technique to get rid of our Jalapeňo harvest this year and it was a total success. The dudes were total delights even with few cheezy leeks we had. The "tip": If there are people who don't like it hot: Use deseeded tomatoes instead.

The one thing you did (and perhaps not on purpose) that I find important because I never had luck in making these poppers and that is when you were stuffing the peppers some of the cheese oils got on the outside skin of the peppers which helped the flour and egg mixture to stick. I've made them before and the coating on the peppers just fell off. So, I'm following your recipe to a T, hoping for success! Tfs! (Love the bloopers, love your sidekick! 😉)
