Hi, this time we are introducing the original SUKIYAKI recipe from Japan.
In Japan there are 2 types of SUKIYAKI, Kansai style and Kanto style.
This recipe is on how to make Kanto-style SUKIYAKI.
We don't use sake for the sauce, so it can be Halal.
You don't need any special tools. We hope you can enjoy sukiyaki at home in Indonesia.
Regarding eggs, make sure to use eggs that are listed as edible raw on the packaging.
If you're not using eggs, you may need to add a little more water for the sauce.

-250~350g beef
-1 tofu (hard/momen tofu)
-2 spring onions
-1 pack of shirataki
-1 pack of enoki mushrooms
-4 shitake mushrooms
-100g Garland Chrysanthemum (or chai sim, Chinese cabbage)
[SAUCE/Warishita]
-100mL water
-100 mL soy sauce
-100 mL mirin
-4 tbs sugar
[OTHER]
-4 pcs of raw eggs (which can be eaten raw)
