So, as some of you might have noticed, I didn’t use raw egg to eat sukiyaki in this video. That’s how it’s eaten traditionally in Japan, but I noticed in many countries there’s a chance of getting salmonella by eating raw eggs, and it’s just not so common from the first place. Also, I like eating and enjoying the taste of vegetables and meat by themselves so I normally don’t eat sukiyaki with eggs.

I live in the USA and my mother has cook Sukiyaki since I was a small child. We often ate raw eggs over hot rice. But I've never heard of raw eggs with Sukiyaki. Also to me bamboo shoots are a "must have" ingredient. I just love the bitterness of the shoots, balanced by the sugar in the sauce.

Jun, lemme tell ya, you're a saint, man. Woke up not too long ago after sleeping for a bit because I was exhausted and, for some reason, I was stressed out of my mind (almost literally). Don't know if it was a panic attack or something from stress or something else. Anyway, while I shouldn't exactly rely on my phone or KZbin to calm me down, as I was slowly starting to feel better, I opened up KZbin and already hoped to watch something of yours, yours and Rachel's, or Chris's (Broad); seeing a new Jun's Kitchen vid was a godsend. The music was awesome, seeing your fluffy buds cheered me up instantly, and just watching you cook was soothing as all hell. You may think all your viewers enjoy your videos because they love cooking or just watching you do it. Well, let me tell you, bud, it's more than likely that for a good number, your stuff just makes them *feel better*, plain and simple. So thank you for making your videos, Jun. Same goes to Rachel. The fact that your guys are extremely humble and kind and not in any way arrogant is just icing on the cake. I can guess you may never read this, but, once again, thank you both. I'm glad you guys are on KZbin because, trust me, the world's a better place for it. Hope you, Rachel, Haku, Nagi, and my favorite boy Poki have nothing but awesome, happy days. It really depends on the cat's personality, I've had my kitty for years and we would train him when we first got him, he used to be very naughty- jumping on the tables and stealing food off countertops. But we never hit or scolded him, just pushed him away and acted sad till he got the message that he shouldn't do that :)
