Cumin Seeds: 1 tsp
Black Peppercorns: ½ tsp
Dried Red Chilies: 3
Ingredients for Gravy:
500 gm Paneer (cubed)
2 tbsp Oil (for stir-frying)
2 tbsp Oil (for gravy)
1 tbsp Ghee
2 Onions (finely chopped)
3 Tomatoes (pureed)
1 Capsicum (sliced)
2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
Salt to taste
½ cup Water
2 tbsp Curd
Fresh Coriander for garnish
