Ive said it before, and I'll say it again you are a genius😊 Always dehydrated my mushrooms whole. Never realized how easily I could just make it into a powder for a healthy ramen noodle soup base. Been trying to come up with one for a long time...thank you so much for this recipe. Much appreciated! P.S. the only soy sauce that is healthy because it is fermented is kikoman soya sauce. That, and coconut aminos are also a nice substitute for the unhealthy powder flavourings. BUT this one is way better for obvious reasons👍🏽

Boy, that sounds tricky. Besides the obvious thinly shredded cabbage or something, maybe you could try shiritaki noodles. Have you tried them before? Tastes great, high fibre, and pretty close to zero calories. Just dry fry them before cooking as usual or they will taste too rubbery.

@@sojourneroftheland I have been experimenting with different flours to make pasta. Lupin is one. Konjac powder (Shirataki) could be another. Seems as though you could easily take dried veggie powders and add some gluten or xantham gum or egg and make pasta. No wheat, no glyphosates, start a new business venture. 😉

@@bwin3401 sounds great! Lupin any good? I never got around to trying it. Making the shiritaki is far cheaper than premade noodles, and a totally viable local business Idea! Looks a little involved and probably would take some practice, but then again the harder something is the less competition you have (where business is concerned:) Hope you give it a go!

Aren't you a great mum. Homemade is so much better than all those chemicals. I'd love to do this but unfortunately I'm allergic to mushrooms. 😭

The word mum, means someone who will bend over backwards for their child. And I know that all mums do that in their own way. This is my humble way. Hey skip the mushrooms and make it with other veggies. Leeks, beans etc would make a nice umami broth I would think.
