Hi @PastryLivingwithAya I have tried many of your recipes. My paping with foil is horrendous 😅 I made a mess anyway, but ladyfingers are tasty. In Poland, which I came from, we are calling them: BISZKOPTY. Taste and how to make them is the same. Anyway, thank you. Delicious 😋

Can I reuse the icing sugar that is on the tray after baking the lady fingers? That looks like a lot of icing sugar to waste in a video. Is that ok to reuse the icing sugar for baking lady fingers (for top dusting, for the second batch)

You can, I reuse them. I keep them in a separate jar.
