Homemade Luncheon Meat Recipe
Ingredients
370g Minced Pork
Seasonings:
1 1/2 tbsp Cornstarch
1 to 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2 cube Chicken Stock Powder
Eggwhites from 2 small eggs
2 tbsp Water
1/2 cube of Fermented Beancurd (Namyue)
1 1/2 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
Dashes of white & black pepper
1 tbsp Cooking Oil
Steam for 20 to 25min

We use fei cui pai. Actually any brand of namyue will do.
