Homemade Mac & Cheese “Kellz Way”
16oz pack macaroni
1 tablespoon salt
4 cups water
Cook for 7 to 8 minutes
CHEESE USED
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese
6 oz Cheddar Gruyere
7 oz smoked gouda
3 oz mozzarella
8 oz Velveeta
1 stick butter
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
2 ½ to 3 cups milk.
½ cup sour cream
1 egg
1 teaspoon mustard

(If you would like to add in some seasoning)

1 teaspoon onion powder
