Now, that is amazing! I’m originally from New England but my husband and I have migrated to the Dallas area. I would love to try cheese making.

I have learned that rinsing the cheese when you open it.... then patting it dry will remove the bitter whey taste from the outside of the cheese. Makes a big difference. I use your cheese recipes when making all my different cheeses and they all are perfect!! : )

Hi Larry I my wife and I absolutely love your recipes. You should do a video on how to make your own pasta some time!

It's so pretty. I make toast, put the cheese on then nuke it for 30 seconds. Great grilled cheese with no clean up.

What causes the cheese to be crumbly? Looks yummy.
@rubygray774911 ай бұрын
Good cheddar cheese is supposed to be crumbly. It is the cheddaring process that causes this, plus the long aging.

I haven't made cheese in two years now. But I've retired now so I'll probably get back into it someday. Why don't you try a limburger cheese? lol 🦨
@DeepSouthTexas11 ай бұрын
Lol, my dad loved limburger but I could never get past the smell. Maybe someday, but not someday soon! 🤠
