I made this last night and it was a big hit. I’m Chinese and married to an Australian and we live with my father in law who’s 70 years old. He said the potato bake was really really lovely. He thanked me many times for tea end said “you’ve done really well”. To get compliments from an elderly Australian who grew up eating old school food, it’s means a lot to me. So thank you so much “Aussie girl”!!!

This so awesome, we make this often now. I boiled the potatoes this morning for Mrs to make one today, we have rather large family and every time we have a event this is our contribution and is always asked for 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
