Sir, I respect you and your work. But, I don't think you are right here Because, I'm taking smoothie of 60g oats,400ml milk, peanut butter 30g and 1 Banana. I get approximately 30 to 32 grams of protein. And all this ingredients have fats but good fats not bad one. And it's very cheap rather than protein shake.its just cost under 25 to 30 rupees per day.....AND you mentioned whey protein is 60 ruppee per serving is more Ethical way rather than smoothie. But,it's not 60 ruppees. even if I calculate cheapest good whey protein in market which is ATOM concentrate whey protein 4 kg box then it costs 68 ruppee per serving... And mostly people are bulking and want to gain muscle so in that smoothie will help more to them with good fats,carbs and protein... And smoothie are also heavy so we can also take as meal in breakfast or carry to our work place for continuous fuelling our body this good things......

Bhai unflavored good whey all are around 2 RS / gram of protein. Baaki you are right bulk ki baat alag hah. Bas agar har Banda calories count karke weight karke khaye toh. But aur factors bhi hah. Whey easy to use hah, and absorbing easy hoti hah uski kyunki already

Diet and high protein diet main farak hota hah, bahar jaogay India se dekhna vahan se logo ki build kyunki vo meat eggs bahut khate hah. Baaki ye videos gareebo ke liye ni hah, ghumo desh to lagega pata actual gareebi kya hah desh main. Middle class and lower middle class aaram se din ka 60 rs kharch kar sakte hah jo vo junk food ya kahin aur kuch kha rahe. Aur iss bande ka channel dekho, target audience fitness wali hah,vahan tumhe carbs dekhne hi padegay. Personal experience se bol rha hun, sabh try kia hah satuu etc etc I am 31 , gym Jake Jaan ati thi aur kuch ni. High protein low carb diet par gaya hun har week 1kg loose ho rha 2 mhine se , strength bhi badh rhi.

Rich ki koi baat ni, problem hah low protein ki. India main kitne logg kha rhae roz chicken fish eggs chahe middle class ho gareeb ka to choro. BUnflavored lo, even cheaper and has more protein content. Aur saath main ek flavour wala rakho, unflavored main taste according flavour wala mix karo and you are good to go. I am using muscle nectar unflavored one usme 80% hah protein. Cost hah official Website par 6500/4kg. Blance diet is good like you said , but balance diet main protein bhi aati hah to whey daily lene main kya issue hah roz ka

Our diet not poor in protein....ek roti me 3 gram protein hota ...hum subah shaam milakr 8 se 10 to kha hi lete...24 to 30 gram ek serving to isme ho gyi..250 gram curd or 250 gram milk b lelete 15 gram isme ho gyi ..45 gram to yahi ho gya..100 gram hum egg or dry fruit or ye sb diet milakr kha hi lete...bhai bahut reseach kiya hu mai...debate krlena chahie...heavy protein can give u power pr nutritions with all micros yahi balance..or mostly logo ko less money e ghr ki cheezo se kitna protein milta ispe bnao video..dabbo pe nhi

@@Ashish-yz4xj Bro this is the exact problem, calculation ki. 250ml milk main 7-8gm hota, 10 roti din ki ni kha sakta normal Banda desk Jo wala. Nuts eggs etc se bhi ni hogi Puri. Vahi baat aa gayi na, roz eggs fish chicken Khao to hi pura hoga. Humm over estimate krte hah diet se kya mil rha. Main 90 kg hun, mujhe 65-70 gm chahiye minimum, gym maarunga to aur jada. Roz main ni kha sakta eggs chicken fish, na itna time hah banane ka roz na appetite hah. So gap fill krne ka safest easiest option hah 1-2 scoop whey jis se protein target bhi ho gaya aur calories bhi control main.

Bhai he is making the correct content. Aajkal ye trend ho rha ki whey bekar hah, desi sattu use Karo. Sattu is just the last option kabh budget ni hah. Quality whey ke sath koi comparison hah hi nahi iska. So jabh tak paise ni hah sattu lo, paise aate hi get good supplements
