Homemade sponge cake with delicious salted egg sauce | Lynh Nhan's mother
Hello uncles, sisters and friends! Welcome everyone to visit Mother Lynh Nhan's channel. In today's video, Lynh Nhan's mother makes sponge cake with salted egg sauce with an undefeated delicious recipe, please share it with everyone:
** Cake core recipe:
- Eggs: 3 (separate yolk and white)
- Wheat flour number 8: 70 grams (or 50 grams all-purpose flour + 20 grams cornstarch)
- Fresh milk without sugar: 45 grams
- Vegetable oil: 45 grams
- Grind sugar: 35 grams (It is recommended to use ground sugar because corn starch is available in the sugar, the egg whites when beaten will be more stable!)
- Vanilla: 1 fruit (or 2 mcf vanilla extract)
- Salt: 1 gram
- Cream of Tartar: 2 grams (can be replaced with 1 mcf of lemon juice)
** Salted egg sauce recipe:
- 3 salted egg yolks: steamed, pureed
- Cheese triangle: 2 pieces
- Burger cheese: 1 yellow piece + 2 white pieces
- Sugar: 20 grams - Fresh milk without sugar: 150 grams
- Cornstarch: 20 grams - Unsalted butter: 10 grams
Rub cotton: more or less depending on the taste of each person.
With this recipe, I will use a small cup and punch a few holes in the bottom of the cup to let the cake escape because of the liquid, or you can also bake it on a square tray to make rolls, people limit baking with a large mold. where's the form!
