Homemade sponge cake with delicious salted egg sauce | Lynh Nhan's mother

** Cake core recipe:
- Eggs: 3 (separate yolk and white)
- Wheat flour number 8: 70 grams (or 50 grams all-purpose flour + 20 grams cornstarch)
- Fresh milk without sugar: 45 grams
- Vegetable oil: 45 grams
- Grind sugar: 35 grams (It is recommended to use ground sugar because corn starch is available in the sugar, the egg whites when beaten will be more stable!)
- Vanilla: 1 fruit (or 2 mcf vanilla extract)
- Salt: 1 gram
- Cream of Tartar: 2 grams (can be replaced with 1 mcf of lemon juice)
** Salted egg sauce recipe:
- 3 salted egg yolks: steamed, pureed
- Cheese triangle: 2 pieces
- Burger cheese: 1 yellow piece + 2 white pieces
- Sugar: 20 grams - Fresh milk without sugar: 150 grams
- Cornstarch: 20 grams - Unsalted butter: 10 grams
Rub cotton: more or less depending on the taste of each person.
