DON'T trust Rival ice cream makers. A few years back i did a birthday party for my cousins kids ... it would've been a disaster if not for the cakes and presents. The machine part of the maker didn't come all the way down on cylinder the way it should have so it shredded the metal gears and it went straight down into hole at top center . Mmmm shredded metal flavored ice cream... luckily i seen the shining in it before i served any.
