Ephesians‬ ‭6:10‭-‬18‬ ‭Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; and your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints. The bible is no old book. You have to really let Christ open your eyes; to see the world in shambles. Many people say it's a religion to lock up people in chains, and say it's a rule book.. why? Because people hate hearing the truth, it hurts their flesh, it's hurts their pride, it's exposes on what things have they done..people love this world so much, s*x, money, power, women, supercars.. things of this world. Still trying to find something that can fill that emptiness in your heart. You can't find that in this world.. only in Christ, the bible is no chains, it's a chainbreaker. Breaking your sins into pieces... Repent now, and turn back to the true Lord only.. God bless.❤

I saw someone on youtube automate this process by having a desert terrarium but he made it rain every 90 days or whatever the timeframe was to make the cycle complete. A pool formed every time allowing the eggs to hatch and them to lay new eggs. pretty cool.

Good video, subbed. I remember doing Triops when I was a kid and-miraculously-it actually worked. I presume this was because my parents did all the actual work while I just ogled through the plastic looking at them. That said, I don't think I gave them quite such luxurious living conditions, we just used the generic plastic tub and a bit of sand like they say in the instructions. Suffice to say, I was horrified when I found out about the cannibalism. One day I had 5-6 swimming around and then I blinked and there was only one left-one huge, fat monster of a Triop who was too full from his brothers and sisters to move beyond a saunter. We named him Homer because he was so fat, and he lived a glorious life of complete isolation until he died of natural causes at the ripe old age of around 2 months old.

I'm not someone who laughs very easily but I've been consistently laughing at your jokes and having a shockingly good time tagging along for all of your experiments. I'm honestly astonished you don't have a larger following by now; it's clear you put a lot of work into these videos and there's never a moment watching them where I'm not fascinated, entertained and excited to see what happens next. I think success is inevitable for someone like you and you have a very clear talent for educating people and making them laugh. Informative and entertaining video, I loved the fun fact at the end there 🤣 These guys are like freshwater shrimps, I believe the kits say to use distilled water because the additives they give you probably contain the correct amount of calcium and other minerals they need to grow and properly molt. Tap water varies in these minerals, some places have hard water with a lot of minerals and other places have soft water with very little minerals. So starting with distilled water gives everyone the same base to then add the packet of additives to. Calcium & magnesium are most important for animals with shells - snails, shrimps, crawfish, etc.

Did you know that to hatch all the eggs u need to put them in water then fish out hatched triops then take the rest of the eggs and dehydrate them then put them in water again and repeat the process until all of them hatch? Thats cuz the eggs have a system that prevents them from hatching all at once cuz in the nature the pools dont last long and if they all hatched in one pool and the pool would dry out then they would all die leaving no eggs behind

I loved studying it but depending on where you live it is not an easy field to get a good job in. Especially if you want an ecology / wildlife related job. But if you love it you should go for it !

My biology field would be something with genetics. The alternative would be becoming a doctor, second choice but way more money. Idk, but thanks for your response :)@@HomemadeEcosystems

I found these growing the storm drain across the road from our farm when I was a kid, freaky looking prehistoric things & they would also just eat the stomachs out of the live tadpoles (but these tadpoles were just as big & slighty bigger than these things) & when they finish eating they discard the rest of the tadpole. So chuck some tadpoles in there to feed him, he might grow even bigger. I'm interested to see how long he will live for if the water doesn't dry up & has plenty of food, keep up the awesome videos 👍

I only ever had goldfish as aquatic pets. 🙄 I got one as a present on my first communion (I was 7). It died when I was 14. ... I never questioned that until a couple of years ago. My parents swapped it out for another one when it died, right? Without me knowing? Can they live up to 7 yrs or older? 🤔😶😬 *Questioning my entire life now. Great video. :) Cute triops. 😍 Also: I thoroughly enjoy your incredibly dry way of commenting and your sense of humor. You made me snort multiple times. I appreciate that. 😂 Thank you. 🖤

I had a small chick. Apparently it died at night and the morning I woke, I couldn’t find it so I kept asking: Where is it? My parents told me it went to visit his parents. I lost my trust in humanity afterwards.
