For future reference: at 1:53 you can start to see mold on the cotton ball. 4:30 the mold completely covers the ball. Having the mold where they get their water is dangerous, and if they weren't in an outworld with nesting spot already, i.e. if you get another colony and this appears before they are able to be connected to the outworld, you should connect them to a clean test tube, and let them move over.

This is why I love ants and your videos! The laid back humor, great edits and captivating macro shots. If you look at 11:59 you can see towards the middle left where the tunnel makes a sort of curved shape, they've put 2 small twigs/tiny little branches. This is to ensure the corner of the tunnel is strong enough and wont collapse under vibrations, it's really mind blowing stuff when you think these little ants are master engineers, architects, power lifters and more.
