স্যার আমার আজ প্রায় ১০ মাস ধরে এই রোগে ভুকছি। ১০ মাস এর মধ্যে এক দিনও নিজেকে সুস্থ মনে হইনে। ১০ মাসে প্রায় ২০ টী panic attack আসছে। সবচেয়ে মজার কথা ১০ মাস এর মধ্যে এক বারও দিন এর বেলায় panick attack আসেনি। সব রাতের বেলায় হইস/plz halp me😢 noito ami attohotta korbo true😅
