The hard work is amazing and I know people go thru hard times and are sometimes not physically capable of mowing/trimming/hauling, but I just can't help feeling annoyed at people dumping garbage in their own yard and having this guy clean it up. Have a little respect for yourself and neighbors.

Boy I could feel my flab a jiggling and my brain a jostling on that back yard. It is very hard work to keep a yard maintained. Especially when you're older or physically unable. You make many people happy doing what you do. I enjoy outdoor work way better than housework.

Me too! I would much rather mow the lawn than wash the dishes, but if I do mow the lawn, my husband does not wash the dishes, so I don’t mow the lawn! I still dig, plant, weed, trim, edge, mulch…everything but mow! 😆

I was watching Thom’s simple life this morning and he mentioned you again. He can see your work ethic and appreciates that. He gets a lot done for a 70 year old disabled veteran . I can actually see a slowdown in him in the year I’ve been watching him. And the heat really takes a toll on him. I told my husband it would be wonderful if a bunch of you doing lawn work on KZbin to spend a few days with Thom to finish all the big stuff, getting them trees out of there, that big pampas grass dug up, all the vines down everywhere and the junk hauled off. You all do fantastic work so I’m sure you’d meet or exceed his expectations. Just wanted you to know he gave you a shout out. 😁

Oh, goody! Looking forward to seeing this part....the amount of loose debris is noticeable, blown about the yard area.... nice job triming back shrubbery and over hang branches.... lot looks much more open and the size looks bigger.... interesting fences, at least grass isn't crazy tall....more manageable to have to cut it.... good job. That is quite a lot of space and light you recovered with raising and cutting back trees. A nice kindness to help pick up the trash. Peaceful dog next door. That was fairly uneven ground in the back. Just a suggestion.....1. Since you're not taking enough off the trees, have you considered a longer saw or the 6 ft. gadget used to trim hedges. When you mow your head just misses some of the hanging branches. 2. Try using a tarp to save you walking back and forth. With these humongous jobs you might as well save your energy.

You have such a kind and extremely generous heart. You have no idea how much you really do for some of these people you help. I know because im one of those people, with a huge forest of a yard. And it's not that I'm lazy, I have a spider phobia that is ruining me. I've paid 500 twice now two years in a row and every year it's back full force. Any advice to a single woman on my own.
