Homeowner Shoots Intruders In Yolo County

Investigators said the homeowner was already on edge when he returned home Tuesday to find someone had broken into his home prior to the shooting.

If someone breaks into your house you presumably are in great bodily danger. If you fear for your life then you are allowed to use deadly force to end the threat to your life, another life or even property.
