Morons? You obviously haven't given much thought as to how difficult it is to just walk away from your home, family, business, and community. Not to mention that most people have a mortgage or business loan. So technically, the bank owns the property. And they will be expecting to get their money back. So you see, you really don't have a choice. You have to rebuild even if you choose to leave in order to have something to sell to pay back the bank and start over. So next time, how about just keeping your unproductive hateful comments to yourself. You really are not a very nice person. But that being said, I still wouldn't wish this nightmare even on a person like you.
