Here in Australia I have to wait until roughly 11:30 every night to watch a new episode before I head to bed. It's like a ritual, or mediation or relieving yourself. newgrounds383 So my SA (Swamp Ass) struggle started 2 months ago out of nowhere. I noticed that every time I was nervous it would happen. I tend to overthink about it making it even worst. The best thing to do is just get some baby powder and use that for a week or 2. Also the biggest thing is breathing properly. Like I said I found out that the cause of me leaving puddles on my chair wasn't because of the temperature in the room but because I was full of anxiety. Now I don't need powder, all I need is good breathing and also healthy eating. If you don't have anxiety problems than its best that you find the root to the problem. Maybe its the boxers or briefs that you wear.Anyways Good luck :D
