Built the home like I want it... My mom has access to the entire home since there's no upstairs... and I also have that access... the office is next to the master bedroom... the kitchen is laid out correctly.... All it need is a pool, which can fit if its one of those California styled raised pools, so you can make it a bit deeper, an outdoor shower, better sliding door made out of metal, a steal door frame out for the office for security, and an exterior door in place of one of the interior windows in the master... NICE

CHAKITS love the honesty on your Vids keep up the great work, Beautiful Home, love all the Bathrooms but I would not move back to Vegas without having a pool!!! Really folks, Vegas is a great place to live (my adult kids still live there) The Desert can be lovely. Always something to do there but you gotta have a pool.

So what's up with this home well one thing Confusion that's what😕😕😕😕 that garage is just to funky and twisty for me it all needs to be side by side😊😊😊😊 the next thing the bathrooms need to be heavily upgraded and what not, all with better walk in showers that have soap boxes and spray handles shower heads in addition to the wall mounted ones. Also the kitchen and the living room are nice but those black counter tops those have to go and be replaced by something else.🤔🤔🤔🤔 The backyard is boring nothing to write home about there, I don't know this home just needs to many different things done to it so would I live in this place maybe once I bring it up ti my standards and the way I like things and it's going to cost a lot of money so... who knows anyway thanks for the home tour Chuck and onward to the next. 😋😋😋😋
