We have loved BB this year. I started my 5th grader in the third book - the Age of the Scientific Revolution. He’s a science-y kid and he’s had so much fun. He asked to do the next book next year. We bought the supplies kit from Natures Workshop Plus and it was a great choice. He can pull out what he needs and it’s super easy.

Thanks for this video! Looking forward to hearing your opinion on BB. I think we have one more year of a Sonlight science in us and then will be ready to move on but I’m unsure what will come next. The idea of daily experiments is daunting! Would love a “do a lesson with us” style video once you’ve found your 2025 groove!

With the read-alouds from So light, do they give you a reading schedule & questions & concepts to talk about?? I use the sonlight book lists to pick our read-alouds, but you talk so highly of the sonlight curriculum, I'm curious if I'm missing out!

They're 9, 8 & 6. I just read the books to all three of them at the same time. Each level is made to span several grade levels.
