This looks different than other H&S products I've watched reviews on...a lot less cutting and pieces to keep track of. Is this a new line or product from them or did you just chose not to use the "parts and pieces"?

I think that is because this is the secondary level (for middle and high school). I know that their Morning Basket and Patchwork studies that are aimed at lower grades/younger kids have more cut and piece components.
