Hey Henry, just a suggestion; how about running Thunderbolt on Miltank instead of Ice Beam. You still pick up the fliers and it makes the tentacruel safe swap matchups better.

For ul, miltank is better than lickilicky, since lickilicky is far less comfortable against mandibuzz, and licki gets cooked by zygarde
