Love these ideas. Cooking from the pantry doesn't necessarily provide the most beautiful meals, however, it does provide a more nutritious meal than restaurant or pre-packaged meals. They are a canners version of fast food. Canned chicken is also very versatile for quesadillas, chicken/broc/rice casserole, chicken gravy over mashed potatoes, chicken salad sandwiches, the list goes on :) Happy canning!
