Yes, I kinda got the "willies" when you opened the nutcracker set. Just went ahead and said evening prayers for you earlier than usual!!. I have been switching to a whole plant diet, too, and find the nutrient packed lentils are quick, easy and can be seasoned with many things. You would LOVE playing around with your herbs, in them. They are an ancient Biblical food and there are 4 highly guarded lentil seed vaults placed in different parts of the world. I am eating meat about 2-3x a week, about 4-6 ozs. It's hard Tess, not gonna be dishonest, (cause I LOVE ME SOME CARBS 😮😊) But benefits can be felt quickly. Due to weaponized food system, I am saving for Butcher Block Meats order and sardines, canned salmon are full of "good fats" plus grass fed and finished beef, and organic chicken. I'm so very grateful that my local Kroger carries Amos Miller chicken! Perhaps this was God's way of finding out about your liver NOW.. I also put a few drops of Celtic Salt on tongue, THEN DRINK 10-12 Oz of Berkey water. That disperses the minerals and nutrients INTO YOUR CELLS as opposed to washing them all out. Also since water is truly being absorbed, it keeps you from running to and from the bathroom constantly.I bit the bullet about 8 months ago and bought a 5 lb bag from Amazon. If you're interested, let me know, and I will send you link to greatest brand, after researching. Game changer for water intake for me. It's mined and finished exactly as it was in Biblical days...3rd party tested, twice the minerals and nutrients as Himalayan and Sea Salt, but I've barely made a dent in it. Top chefs around the world use it faithfully...I got coarse blend and wow, talk about bringing flavor out....Also, before shopping I Google food recalls. Talk about an eye-opener...I still can't walk but now I am able to "scoot around" on walker with seat. As you probably know, I'm targeting the Peripheral Neuropathy in my feet and it's on a molecular level. We learned nothing in 80's and 90's when I was studying Medicine, Tessie. BUT I DO NOT HAVE DIABETES. IT'S ALL FROM BREAKING MY BACK, AND 7 FRACTURES IN LEFT FOOT AND MULTIPLE IN RIGHT. [several times], but like you, I am not a victim...I am victorious. I praise God and am much more thankful for the smallest things now than I was living in Naples, Florida, in gated community, with pool and driving a Saab. I count myself very very blessed. I really, really miss my sons and grandchildren more than I could ever miss money or things. I was blessed to have them come and stay November and December! As you know, you and your WHOLE families names are listed in the back pages of my Bible, along with mine, grandparents, aunts and Uncles, some of which I've lost since 2017, but the legacy in my Bible prayers and journey will live on...through that beautiful engraved Bible my Mama presented to me in 2003. I have several close friends and won't my sons be surprised with all the notes and dates of when I was praying them through certain situations and things not shared with ANYONE except the Lord, Jesus Christ and my Bible.😊❤🙏🤦‍♀️🙏💜🪻💜☀️❤️🥰☀️🥰☀️

I love lights, so I'll grab light strings, at the thrift stores , their coming out now. I decorate, with the Woodlands animals, and some leave strings, Halloween no scary stuff nope I don't do that. I love Christmas time, and decorate after Thanksgiving, the Monday after and our Anniversary, is November 30th, so November is a special month for us. ❤

Sweet video. I will scout out the linen sections at thrift stores for material using pillowcases, sheets, tablecloths - it can be cheaper than buying fabric from the store Holloween is not my favorite holiday at all. I have dish towels for many holidays and seasons. It's simple, cheap and useful. I also have 3 wreaths for the year and cloth napkins for major holidays. It's enough for a pop of color and design.

Your recent video the other day was another wake-up call for me with my own healthamd my hubby's. I wish you the best on your journey to getting healthier and stronger. I admit that due to poor habits and an emotional eating disorder, also worrying about my folks and other things, I haven't done a very good job and have to do the best I can with the damage to my health. I've always heard that you should wash the fabric before you sew it. That way when you wash it after your bandanas are made it won't shrink.

Love the bandana. That was a great idea. Ten cents for flipflops, they were practically giving them away. So glad you are feeling better Tessie. I would like to know more about that shocker thing you had on your wrist. I saw the rabbit but no bird. Years ago there was a show on T.V. called Psyche. In this show they had a pineapple in every episode. People watched the show looking for the pineapple. I was hoping you would do that with the bird. If it is a lot of trouble I understand. We had the same nut bowl when I grew up. Does it have the nut pickers with it? I like the Fall kitchen set. Thank you!

We had that same nut bowl growing up and got the nuts during holiday to enjoy as a family ,so I do bought nut bows from my child hood ,I believe I'm semintal like u , I got other things from childhood too even vintage Christmas I over it ...I lost a lot in our house fire so some I bought late to replace but got few things left from ours too a few things but it's ard forget total loss fire cause of that and stuff from my kids and grandkids it was my memories I cherished ,and Pics birth stuff kids crafts and more .Anyways love your scarfs and cool finds .Thank for sharing ,hugs ❤land best wishes and hoping u all have a wonderful weekend😊

My daddys theory was "one is none, two is one"...husband and I still follow and believe that theory ...but...a few more. He will be gone 3 years on 3 October and we still miss him every single day...We do not decorate for halloween...but Fall decor is HUGE here...ours has been out since mid August :) Here in the deep south it reminds us there IS an end in sight. Decided to spend the first morning of fall baking banana bread...9 loaves on the counter...everyone is getting one. Christmas...I call winter decor...we have an entire cabin look in our house so it works..and our anniversary is 24 December...renewing our vows this year..4 decades later ...
