I agree that's a great meal. Those meals that save time in the kitchen especially when it's hot weather are always the best ones for the cook to make lol. I like experimenting with reciles by substituting different ingredients too. Thanks for sharing Tessie!

Lately, every single video I post gets demonetized. And, of course, there's no notice of it. lol So I've had to remember to check frequently throughout the day. Yummy 😋! On page 266 there is a recipe (Stuffed Ground Beef) that says to use bread filling. Do you know what that is? Just cubed bread? It sounds like a good recipe but what does bread filling mean? 🤔Tia! Blessings! I just googled it and it is another way of saying stuffing in PA dutch? Does that sound right?

We call this tater got casserole..I also add corn either frozen or canned and drained..it's so flexible and yummy. My dh introduced it to me..10 years ago..he's from Crawford County tessie!
