Each state has it's own rules and laws for it's justice system. Like some states have the death penalty and some do not. It can cause some states to be way too lenient with their punishments, like in this case.

I’m glad for the younger generation understanding what truly binds family and for replacing the bad with good. That’s the only way to heal.

Permanent custody should not be given if a parent is ill. The length the system goes to in allowing a true monster parent retain custody or visitation, but a poor ill mother is unable to have the same rights.
@krystleday38229 күн бұрын
I dont understand why this was a cold case for so long!?! The mother in law was the last one to see them and supposedly drop them off and there's a custody dispute going on and all she has to say is idk I dropped them off like what!?!? How they didn't search their property as soon as they went missing is crazy...sounds to me like local cops were paid off or something cuz thats crazy!!!

It's about who you know in these small towns. My husband's brother's wife had her brother killed by his wife (they were on drugs) and she was out of jail for at least 3-4 years. I think she's out on bond again. She even had her minor son and his friend help dispose of the weapons that killed HIS father.

It's a bit like the case in Ohio where one family murdered the family of a child because of custody. Also the Kansas mums who were recently murdered by the grandma and her friends. These grandmas seem to feel they have no status in their community unless they have grandchildren, etc. They see them as their property

So the police never solved it when it was fairly obvious who had done away with them. I mean this family was obviously known for bad ways and then the triple murderer gets out of prison. I reckon maybe this women had some dirt on certain people because the whole thing is rediculous. Bribary and corruption perhaps. Well done to the rest of this familly for turning out to be decent people.

The sad thing is that bad people don't get Karma ever💔 They all get to live a good amazing happy go lucky life while the one's they destroy don't get that same privilege! It's not fair to be honest why bad people never ever have bad thing's happen to them ever!

One reason among ever so many that I have no belief in gods/saviours/demons/devils/etc. If there are gods, they do nothing to help those who supposedly live by their example and do nothing to punish those who do outright harm with full evil intent. That says to me that a) gods do not exist; b) gods do not care at all; or c) gods are too weak, too powerless to do anything to assist good people or punish bad ones. And that tells me that if they do exist, they are unworthy of worship - if they do not care, then they are cruelly sociopathic. If they are impotent, why bother worshipping them? They do nothing. But to me, the most logical position is that they do not exist at all, and never have.

It should be strictly legal care given only, and only while a parent is incapacitated due to illness. If the parent recovers or, or is in recovery for short periods there should be no question the child is returned to them.

It should tell you a little bit about what the family is like if the man just goes on with his life and leaves his wife in the hospital being sick, what a piece of trash he is! And for the person that commented on Oklahoma let me tell you I live in Oklahoma. I travel to California several years ago to a funeral. I saw cousins that I haven’t seen in years and it looked like they were in Brad. They didn’t have any teeth so it’s all over the place, and some of the worst serial killers in the world come out of Washington state, so it is all over the place. Probably need to look in your backyard wherever you live right now.

I have a 6 yr old son and it makes me f*cking sick to my stomach. Also the fact it too 21 yrs to find them when they should have known exactly where they were the whole time. I am glad to see that the younger generations wanted answers even if that meant they were going to finally find out for sure that their own family could be so evil. It also seems like they are doing something better with their lives and didn’t follow behind their grandma and aunt.

Lady.....EVERYONE believes they are breaking the cycle. BUT ...to break a cycle it requires YOU to be the change YOU wanna see. You havent broken any cycle. When you can say you enjoyed the suffwring of an elderly invalid without any shame or worries knowing it will be aired for anyone in the world to see.... You see the truth AND you learn why its so important not to judge lable and condemn. Because you are just like them. Like Beverly said. "It takes a monster. Im not a monster." Well it yakes a monster to enjoy an invalids suffering into death..... People commit crimes. People are not monsters. People have questionable behavior. Most ppl had no helathy role modeling to learn to behave from. Stop being so judgmental. Your no better than anyone else. And that goes out to all of you.....myself included app though. Not as in actually being obe of yall LOL
