My coach says me that we not allowed to have our knee come forward like you do. Bc it's increase a risk of trauma. What do you think about that advice?

That's a very good question. Take a look at the next video on lunges. Your coach is right - it increases the risk of trauma if (and most newbies do this) your lunge has an essential vertical component (i.e. when you put your weight on your knee). If your lunge is horizontal and comes from the explosive move of your front foot, then it's relatively safe. Also, your coach probably says your knee shouldn't go behind your toes, and this is where I stop my lunges usually (mind the camera angle), which is a little bit on the edge. I make these videos primarily for my own group so I know that I don't have people who tend to put a lot of weight on the knee. You want to be safe - don't go past vertical, you want to see what is technically possible - watch Olympic fencers :-)
