2. Foundation/Sideways Step On
3. Outside/Inside Cuts
4. Outside/Inside Cuts Other Foot
5. Dribblers Cuts - Outside/Inside/Switch Feet
2 Cone Series
6. Scoop
7. Roll
8. Small Figure 8 - 1 Foot
9. Small Figure 8 - Other Foot
10. Small Figure 8 - Both Feet (Keep track of times around cones)
11. Small Figure 8 - Both Feet (Try to break your record from before)
Fitness - 45/15 Work/Rest Ratio x3 Sets | 90sec Rest Between Sets
1. Over Back 2 Footed Hops
2. Lateral 1 Leg Big Hops
3. High Knees (30 secs/15 rest)
4. In/In Out/Out
5. Vertical 1 Leg Hops (30 secs/Other leg 30 secs)
