Well done Marko. As an architect who has bought and lived in apartments and houses in Boston and New York and now in the south of France, you are spot-on with your comment about living in a space for a while before doing changes. I give it a year before doing so which allows for understanding the flow of light throughout the year, traffic patterns within the apartment, and daily use of space. Again, great job.

Love it! The layout of the apartment instantly reminded me of the apartment from the movie "The Boys in the Band" (19702/2020s--great movies ,BTW). Watching the movie I remember thinking what a great apartment, imagine having a space like that, with the terraces and french doors. Here it is! Fabulous!

Although the word comfortable doesn't seem like the best complement, it truly is, because there is nothing better than feeling comfortable enough to want to sit and enjoy a beautiful design of the curated furnishings and all special things collected. Your home projects warmth. Splendid job. Many apartments in nyc don't have that feeling to them. My family had a 120 year old victorian home, the architecture was beautiful but needed a ton of work. Took some time, french doors, stained glass windows, parquet floors all redone and beautiful.

It's a lovely apartment. If you want to use the working fireplace, you need to have it inspected and clean the chimney/flue at least once a year, twice preferably.
