Okay, Homeworthy- y'all are outdoing yourselves SO early into 2025! This has to be one of my favorite homes by my new favorite designer. Jessica was paced, thoughtful and articulate when describing process and decisions about her home. The home was incredibly picturesque and was everything that Jessica looked to achieve in her home; it was welcoming, was not pretentious at all and was SO inspiring. I would love to see more of Jessica and will be looking her up on social media. The perfect lakehouse inspired home, with an unending source of inspiration for how to perfectly build AND BALANCE interior design. Love, love, love! I may be calling it early, but I think this will be one of the best Homeworthy features of 2025. Thanks for featuring her, this was all the inspiration I was looking for. One thing though, Jessica- that is a Birds of Paradise in the living room, NOT a paradise palm, honey!

I like the fact you & I have the same bird picture. Mine is in my living room where the sharp yellow & black on a bright white background added just the right flash of color with my neutral room’s palette. I like your mix of traditional & modern. That’s my style too…I also have a big love affair with anything stainless steel and brass. The contrast speaks to me!

I don’t like that and I don’t do that in My Home anymore; only with contractors and they tend to cover their feet anyway. I just finished watching the video. She is stunning. She has the most beautiful face. Now, the house doesn’t give me any coastal vibe at all. I wish it did and I wish that she was a little bit more casual hair down and more natural cause she’s stunning and a knitted lounging pants in oversized top with some freshwater pearls would be perfect on her, but anyway that’s what I see with the coastal thing and her gorgeous face . The house is OK not my style at all a few things in the kitchen. I did like especially the countertop and the faucet was fabulous, but it’s her face that kept me going. She’s stunning that elegant beautiful classic look.
