I’m planning on rebuilding it. Where do the 2 rubber strips go?

Just rebuilt it and it came out fine 👌 This was for a friend’s car and we did it together 😁 Your video helped, thank your much. Question though : Do you recommend lubricating the pump seal ( the coin shaped seal that looks like a poker chip 7:02 ). I didn’t do it and now that I think of it maybe it should have been because of the shaft spinning 🤔 I didn’t see you do it though.
