I keep watching this video, you are truly gifted. You’re not afraid to try. I think this is the nicest mod so far, well love them all, but I love the finish product of the 2 tone panel panel. Just one question? How do you clean dirt off of the flocking material?

They sell an outdoor grade which is what I used. You can clean it with warm soapy water or a carpet cleaner

That looks great! That flocking is a nice idea. I'm wondering if those vinyl products are available in a non aerosol ver. I'd love to put the paint in my help and hit all my element trim.

It has worked great so far. They sell two grades of material one for indoors and one for outdoors. If you’re planning to use on the surface that gets a lot of abuse I suggest to use the outdoor material. Good luck and thanks for watching.

Yes it’s a pain, but start on the corner closest to the side mirror with the window rolled down. That did the trick for me.

Perfectly. They sell rayon based and nylon based. nylon is rated for outdoor use. That’s what I used and it’s pretty tough stuff

Any walk through for removing the panels? Seems straight forward but I'd rather not snap any clips or break any parts.

Pretty straight forward is correct. Remove the grab handle, remove the screws near the dashboard, remove the door lock handle and back plate. Basically all visible screws. The hardest thing is the window regulator handle, but you can use the rag trick to remove the retainer clip wire. You can find videos on KZbin for this, most cars use the same design. Once the door card is completely lose just pull it up and over the top of the window sill. Good luck

I bought a assorted pack and Advanced Auto parts. It was awhile back but I think they were made by Dorman. Only 2 or 3 in the pack worked but they were not as good as the original.

Hey how is that flocking holding up these days? Thinking about doing my entire door cards in black flocking.

Held up perfectly. There are two options; rayon and nylon fibers. Nylon is rated for outdoor use which is perfect for high use areas such as door cards.
