The bigger brands don't put bio ethanol in their premium 98 octan fuel. Esso, Shell, Bp but if that means they do put in synthetic ethanol? I have not been able to get a clear answer, not from the workers there or from many emails. The best answer so far: we have to sell a certain percentage of ethanol and bc most ppl by the cheap stuff it's easier for us to guarantee the 98 octan by not mixing in any, doesn't hurt our commitment to the cause(government). They also claim that they put cleaning additives that clean your engine and fuel lines, injectors/carbs. Who checks🤷🏻‍♂️ Still, only the best for my oldtimer. 🇳🇱NL
