super as usual Dan. i have always admired that you will not settle for second best; if something can be better you make it better.

It's just fascinating to see your attention to details 🤩 Looking forward to see the engine build, you have set the bar high 😋

Since you’re so specific about lines on your builds maybe you should look into cantilever suspensions. I think you could probably make some really clean builds with that setup.

So glad to see a video and it’s another great one. Looking forward to this build. The engine color is awesome! So glad to see something other than black!!!

Thank you mate, I just wanted to see how red would look in the black so fingers crossed it looks as good when the bike is fully assembled as it does in my head

Excellent video Dan, great job mate. You have some great toys to make parts with, you make me jealous LOL and I thought it was only me and my mate that are silly enough to keep making part after part until we are happy . Ride safe and take care. Cheers

Nice vid man, and making your own tools, that's the sign of a real mechanic!

Thank you mate, yes I often make a tool to do a specific job however, I don't often share it in the videos, have a great day mate

Awesome stuff from across the ditch - your videos have helped me heaps in a custom build over in NZ. One question I have though, do you need to get the bikes certified to be street legal? Cheers.
@CafeRacerGarage3 ай бұрын
Hi mate and thank you. If you do custom work, you might want to check with your local transport department before making massive changes

Nice work, I would have welded the upper potion of the swingarm. Why did you have to make it bolt on?
@CafeRacerGarage3 ай бұрын
It can also be a welded-on part if that's what you want. I just prefer this style for this build and this will make more sense in the coming months :)

It looks like the shock mounting point on the swing arm is too low . When the swing arm moves you are going to end up with a falling rate
