I finally picked up my 954 last month (Happy Birthday to me). Lots of little things to fix on it.. The most serious being the front suspension. I think I'm going to end up putting RC51 wheels on mine. The rear is a direct swap. Front requires some different bits to make it work, but nothing too crazy.
