Honda CD200 Benly Resto - Tearing down the engine

Part 3 - In this instalment I'll be having a look inside the engine. I know there's smoke coming out one side, but hopefully we'll be able to shed some light on why.

Had one of these from 1985-1995ish, GF and myself used to go everywhere on it. Had the CB200TB version with 12 volt electrics, I can honestly say it never missed a beat, serviced it myself as required, yes it did get some thrash occasionally, but always a fine performer even riding two up, one of the finest small Honda twins I've ridden without a doubt. Economical too having only one carb into two pots! Had 40,000 miles on it when I had to sell it, still running sweet as a nut! Nice to see a repair job video, thanks for sharing.

There's a couple of pistons arriving this week for the next video. We'll see how we go with the valves though. Will bear it in mind.

Why does my cd200 leak oil from a hole in engine casing points side

I don't think I have any advice without more information Harry. Is a gasket letting-by?
