My steering wheel locks when reversing sometimes, and may be hard to steer while driving, do you recommend a whole new pump and pulley? Or may it just be the liquid?

I WOULD HAVE RECOMMEND THAT THE CAR BEING A CIVIC 2OO1 2OO2 OR 2OO3 AND TO THE LOOKS HOW DARK THE OLD FLUID LOOKED AND THE CAR BEING 2O YEARS OLD SEEM YOU COULD HAVE GOTTEN A "POWER STEERING GASKET SEAL KIT" AND REPLACE ALL THE OLD SEALS THAT WOULD HAVE FIX YOUR PROBLEM BEST BELIEVE THAT ORIGINAL PART YOU REPLACE HAS BETTER INTERNALS AND YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO TURN ON THE CAR MAN YOU SHOULD HAVE JUST LEFT THE CAR UP OFF THE FRONT FROM THE GROUND NOT CONNECT THE BACK HOSES FROM THE RESERVOIR AND DRAIN OUT THE OLD BLACK FLUID BEFORE YOU ADDED THE CLEAN NEW STUFF YOU SEE HOW DARK THE RESERVOIR LOOKS NOW AND HOW CLEAR THE NEW STUFF LOOKS HOPEFULLY NEXT TIME YOU CAN SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND A LOT MORE MONEY
